GTR99 is an online casino platform founded with one clear goal — to give Malaysian players a gaming experience that is truly fun, safe, and rewarding. We are not just another casino site. GTR99 is built on a foundation of trust, cutting-edge technology, and a deep understanding of what local players really want.
From day one, we have focused on one thing: ensuring every player who registers with GTR99 feels valued, protected, and entertained. We understand that Malaysian players have diverse tastes and preferences. That's why we offer a wide range of games — from modern video slots and Live Casino with live dealers, to classic table games, Sports Betting, and the ever-popular Bingo.
The GTR99 platform operates entirely online, accessible via web browser or mobile app anytime, anywhere. We understand that busy daily schedules leave little free time — which is why GTR99 ensures a seamless gaming experience whether you're on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
Our Commitment to Malaysian Players
Malaysia is a market we know and deeply respect. We use Bahasa Melayu as the platform's primary language, support local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, and Boost, and ensure all promotions and offers are designed with Malaysian players' context and needs in mind. Our customer support is available 24/7 via Live Chat with agents fluent in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
Security We Never Compromise On
The security of your data and finances is GTR99's absolute priority. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by major banks in Malaysia. Our systems are designed to ensure your personal information is never exposed to third parties without your consent. We also uphold a fair gaming policy by using a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to guarantee that every game outcome is genuine and tamper-proof.

The GTR99 team is committed to delivering the best experience to every Malaysian player
These are the three core pillars that shape the entire gaming experience at GTR99.
Uncompromising Security
GTR99's infrastructure is built on robust layers of security. End-to-end encryption, two-factor authentication, real-time account monitoring, and strict KYC procedures ensure your funds and information remain protected at all times. We conduct regular third-party security audits to identify and patch any vulnerabilities.
Exceptional User Experience
The GTR99 interface was designed with real players in mind, ensuring every feature is easy to find and use. Intuitive navigation, fast page load times, multi-language support, and a responsive layout across all devices — all engineered to maximise your enjoyment every time you log in.
The Best Value for Every Ringgit
From competitive welcome bonuses to ongoing cashback programmes, GTR99 ensures every ringgit you invest delivers worthwhile returns. Realistic rollovers, transparent terms, and meaningful VIP rewards — this is our promise to every GTR99 member, regardless of deposit size.
GTR99 and the Malaysian Player Community
One thing that sets GTR99 apart from other platforms is how we see our players — not merely as users, but as community members we genuinely care for and value. This isn't a marketing slogan. It's reflected in every product decision we make, from how we design our promotions system to how our support team responds to your enquiries.
A Wide Range of Games for Every Taste
GTR99 understands that no two players are the same. Some enjoy the quick thrills of video slots with free spin bonuses, others prefer the strategic tension of table games like Baccarat and Blackjack, some crave the authentic casino atmosphere of live dealers, and others love the community excitement of Bingo. We bring all of this under one roof so you never have to jump between platforms.
Malaysia-Friendly Payment System
We know that seamless payments are among the most important factors in any online gaming experience. GTR99 fully supports Malaysia's digital payment ecosystem — DuitNow QR, FPX (all major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and online bank transfers. Deposits are processed almost instantly, while withdrawals are completed within 5 to 15 minutes in most cases. No hidden fees, no unreasonable delays.
A VIP Program That Rewards Loyalty
Player loyalty is genuinely rewarded at GTR99 through our tiered VIP programme — from Bronze to Diamond. Each tier unlocks greater benefits: higher weekly cashback rates, more flexible withdrawal limits, automatic upgrade bonuses, special birthday gifts, and access to a dedicated personal account manager for Diamond members. Our VIP programme is not just a label — it delivers real rewards you will feel every single week.
Bingo — More Than Just a Game
One of GTR99's crown jewels is our unique, community-driven Bingo category. Unlike slots played solo, Bingo at GTR99 lets you interact with other players in a lively game room. Weekly Bingo tournaments with cash prizes, exclusive Bingo promotions, and a variety of game formats make the Bingo experience at GTR99 truly one of a kind.
Easy Access via the GTR99 App
The world moves fast, and GTR99 moves with it. The GTR99 mobile app, available for Android and iOS, lets you make deposits, play your favourite games, claim promotions, and reach customer support — all from your smartphone. Optimised for Malaysia's 4G and 5G networks, it delivers a smooth, uninterrupted experience even when you're on the go.
GTR99 continues to grow and improve. We take our players' feedback seriously — from new game requests to interface improvement suggestions. Every platform update is a direct result of conversations with our player community. This is not a company focused solely on short-term profit — it is a platform built to stay with you for the long run.
