1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "GTR99" / "Platform" / "We" — refers to the company that operates the website and services under the GTR99 brand, including all domains, mobile applications, and related services.
• "User" / "Member" / "You" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses GTR99's services.
• "Account" — refers to a user account officially registered on the GTR99 platform.
• "Funds" — refers to cash or credits stored in your GTR99 account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" — refers to free credits, free spins, or any form of promotional reward granted by GTR99.
• "KYC" — short for Know Your Customer, the identity verification process that members must complete before their first withdrawal.

2 Member Eligibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account password confidential.
• Not share your login credentials with any party.
• Notifying gtr99 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Ensuring you log out after every session, especially on shared devices.

3.4 KYC Verification

The KYC process must be completed before your first withdrawal. Required documents include a copy of a valid identity card or passport, as well as proof of the payment method used for deposits. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

4 Deposits & Payments

5 Fund Withdrawal

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

To make a withdrawal, your account must have completed the KYC process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your first deposit, or to any method verified by GTR99. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per transaction.

5.2 Processing Time

Gtr99 processes withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes for most payment methods. In rare cases where additional checks are required, processing may take up to 24 business hours. Our finance team operates 24/7 to ensure withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible.

5.3 Delayed or Rejected Withdrawals

Gtr99 reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• Bonus rollover requirements have not been fully met.
• There is an ongoing inquiry or investigation related to your account.
• Bank account or e-wallet details do not match the registration information.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

6.2 Bonus Usage

7 Game Rules

7.2 Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during a gaming session — such as an internet connection disruption, server problem, or software failure — gtr99 will endeavor to restore the session to its last valid state. In cases where restoration is not possible, gtr99 will assess each case individually based on system records. gtr99's decision in such matters is final.

7.3 Maximum Wagering

While bonus rollover requirements are being met, the maximum bet per round or hand is RM50 unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagers exceeding this limit during the rollover period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the gtr99 platform and constitute serious violations of these terms:

• Registering or using multiple accounts (whether by yourself or through a third party).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to automate gameplay or exploit the system.
• Any form of fraud, phishing, or misrepresentation in account information.
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt the operations of the gtr99 platform.
• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Spreading false or misleading information about gtr99 to other users.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage. You are required to report any vulnerabilities discovered to our support team.

Gtr99 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account found to be involved in the above activities, including immediate suspension, seizure of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

9 Account Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may request closure of your gtr99 account at any time by contacting our customer support via Live Chat. Prior to closure, you must withdraw all eligible funds in your account. Bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 Termination by GTR99

GTR99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Gtr99 supports players who need a break from gambling. You may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (1 month to 12 months) or a permanent one through our customer support. 10 Liability Limits

• Loss or damage caused by unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in maintaining account security.

In any circumstance, GTR99's maximum total liability to you is limited to your net deposit amount within the 30 days preceding the claim, not exceeding RM500.

12 Terms Amendment
